Those RP servers have a high demand for cool looking gear. Wyrmrest is the best for rp, if you're horde. First, an overview of the WoW (US) network infrastructure. Walk up RP is present but it is 50/50 in whether it'll be good or bad (Same on MG Alliance.) Any high pop server is likely to have more pvpers by virtue of having more people in general. You can also do some quick research by looking at the PvP ladders and seeing where the top players are.
